Our Founder

Netta Swanson grew up serving her community through her local church in San Leandro, CA, when she was 15 years old. Over the years serving in Ministry she gained a strong passion for families in need in her community. Around the Thanksgiving holiday she would take notice of more and more families needing assistance with food.

In 2011, God provided her with a dream that she would be feeding hundreds of families for Thanksgiving. Her goal was to fill a vital need that was absent in the community even if that meant that she could only provide uncooked food.

She approached her mentor and Pastor with the Ministry pitch seeking their approval, guidance and support to move forward.

With a great outcome of church and community support during the first year, Netta and her team continued to grow and persevere.

After celebrating 12 years of continued community service, her goal was to launch her Ministry into an official 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization with the agenda of assisting and supporting in other areas of need. Together... We can make the difference that matters!
